Located in a new facility at the Billfish Marina Complex, 2945 West State Road 84 - Marina Mile, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 33312, P&R Canvas, LLC will offer the industry's most innovative quality products line as well as offering world class service for Boat and Yacht Manufacturers, Marine Dealers, Brokers, and yacht owners. The new company is committed to continuing the quality and service their past customers have come to expect. The merger brings together the well qualified and experienced employees of both companies, including George M. Irvine, Jr., Chairman of PipeWelders Marine, Inc. and Robert F. Popiel, Jr., President, Products By Roberts, Inc. 
The PipeWelders canvas department was formed 30 years ago by Gerald Wilson (retired). Products By Roberts was formed 28 years ago by Robert F. Popiel, Sr. (retired). Together, Mr. Popiel and Mr. Irvine will join their marketing and production strategies and reputations for excellence, in making P&R Canvas, LLC a winning organization. The synergism of the two companies will offer even greater value and products to their customers and the trade. 
Robert Popiel will be the Operations Manager and Scot Coller (Vice President Finance, PipeWelders Marine) will be the Finance & Administration Manager of the LLC.
