For over fifty years Pipewelders has been the industry leader in marine tower and custom fabrication. Consistently raising the bar over the years, many of our innovations have indeed become industry standards.

 Most of our new products are first installed on our own boats for personal testing and evaluation by our president, Trey Irvine, while fishing the various tournaments.  How do our towers and outriggers perform against our competition?.

Tuna Tower

 
 A Tuna tower is a full tower with a hard top over the flying bridge, or the main deck, and a standing platform with a sunshade above at the upper drive station. At the upper drive station is a control box helm with room enough for matching controls, engine monitoring, navigation or even audio/video equipment. This feature can be customized to meet individual needs. 

  Our towers are made from either polished or brushed anodized aluminum and are custom designed for the boat for which it is built.

Marlin Tower

 A Marlin tower has all of the of the features of the Tuna tower except the standing platform. The upper drive station is directly on top of the hard top. This creates a lower tower profile to accommodate personal preference or a fixed height restriction.

Half Tower

 Our Half tower is a single level structure that, like our Tuna and Marlin towers, can be customized to accommodate all manner of antennas and lighting and coupled with a canvas enclosure provides complete protection from the elements.

Enclosed Bridges

 Our unique custom bridge enclosures stylishly add full protection from the elements while seamlessly blending into the existing structure. 

 They feature:

• Custom, tinted, wrap around windshields.
• Windshield wash/wiper systems.
• Custom or standard sliding or hinged hatches.
• Custom or standard antenna or lighting pods.
•  Custom fixed or retractable antenna masts.
• Can be made from aluminum, fiberglass, or weight saving carbon fiber.

  These enclosures truly make your boat a one of a kind vessel that really stands out at the docks.

Hard Tops

 Our foam core hard tops are simply "the best in the business". Paint matched perfectly to the colors of your boat, each tower or arch mounted hard top can feature:

• Custom, wide opened, wire runs.
• PipeWelders own patented and Coast Guard approved running lights integrated right into the top.
• Custom recessed LED bridge lighting.
• One of our custom or standard radar/antenna pods.
• Custom antenna/lighting masts.
• Custom or standard halogen or super bright LED external lighting pods.
• Our own custom air diverter systems to divert fresh air into flying bridge or helm area.
• Custom or standard sliding or hinged hatches.

Arch and Hard Tops

 Our arches, like our bridge enclosures, blend style and uniqueness with practicability and function.

 Each, a work of art in it self, can be made from aluminum, fiberglass or weight saving carbon fiber and can include the same features as our hard tops with an obstruction free view.

 Also, as in our towers and enclosures, each is custom tailored to customer preferences or to match existing structure.
