PipeWelders Marine, Inc. manufactures an endless amount of accessories for sport fishing yachts. Some accessories include PipeWelders outriggers and hydraulics. Our outriggers have become the standard for many yacht manufacturers because of their reliability and strength. In most recent years, we have developed SuperRiggers© which have upgraded pipe, cables, and back bars to handle the biggest fish. In addition, our hydroriggers have been proven a success in tournament after tournament, allowing captains to bring in, lay out, or lay down the outriggers with a push of a button. Other accessories include our custom masts which are designed with your electronics package and style in mind. Additionally, we can also manufacture custom swim platforms with hydraulic capability, cockpit sunshades… |

Pipewelders offers a complete line of carbon fiber products, from outriggers to the previously fiberglass components of towers. Experimental projects are conducted on the company’s boats and then introduced on manufacturer’s demonstrators, such as the “Hatterascal” GT 60 and custom boat applications where weight reduction and increased strength are the goal.
A Pipewelders tower with Carbon Fiber hardtop, platform, sunshade, dome brackets, light pods, control box and radar pod all composed of carbon fiber produces a significant weight reduction and increase in strength, lowering the center of gravity and reducing stress on the tower while allowing maximum stiffness in thinner composites. This allows styling the tower to match the boat, especially in larger applications. |

Teaser reels are used with outriggers to lure the fish to the area surrounding the boat. They are mounted in pairs, one for the starboard outrigger, one for the port outrigger. The teaser lines move thru the hardtops to the sides then down to the outriggers. Teaser are used to shake the outriggers giving the baits attached to the outriggers a more lifelike appearance luring the surrounding fish.
We can mount up to two pairs of outrigger in a single hardtop. The door under the hardtop comes in two versions, either a drop down door which swings down under the hardtop, or a sliding door slides up into the hartop out of the way. |
